Human error main cause of transport accidents in Indonesia in 2025
JAKARTA, Jan. 28 (Xinhua) -- Human error remained the dominant cause of transportation accidents in Indonesia last year, according to Soerjanto Tjahjono, head of the National Transportation Safety Committee (KNKT), on Wednesday.
